• The time it takes will depend on the size of the property and quantity of items inventoried. A standard home approximately 2,500 sq. ft would take approximately 2-3 hours.

• $350 - $2,000 depending on the size of the home. The average 2,500 sq ft home is about $425.
• All packages are guidelines and depending on what your specific needs are and how large the home and the inventory required. To be fair to our clients the prices quoted are usually as quoted. However, the actually price could be less. The actual price will be set in writing accordingly at the initial appointment
• Larger Homes and Estates - please call for an estimate
• Customized Packages available - please contact us
• Any extra documenting of special assets, such as extensive jewelry collection, sports card collection, antique collection, etc. will be charged for extra inventory time at $75 per hour

• Hourly rates available
• We also provide inventories for Estates, Probates, Trusts
• Annual Updates Services: we will provide  one-on-one consultation,  time to review and update your inventory
• We will create new /update lists (for new additions and or deletions) and take digital photos showing changes of the new items and provide an updated CD
• At NO Charge we will store your CD and Report in a Safe Deposit Box
• Update Services $90-150 depending on customer request
• Inventories done outside of Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Florida, are welcome but may be subject to a traveling cost.

• Creation of a detailed computer generated database of client’s business property
•  Creation of  unlimited photos with detailed written database 
• Detail includes  serial numbers, receipts, bills, paid invoices, registration, warranties, age, replacement cost etc.
• Additional digital pictures to document SPECIAL COLLECTIONS of property, for example, sports memorability . (Maximum include 15 pieces, add’l charge may apply for larger collections)
• When Your Inventory is completed: You will promptly receive a professional portfolio containing your video on CD, your database and digital pictures will be recorded permanently on a (2 copies) CD, and a series of printed reports with all the data.
• This comes in an attractive portfolio is suitable for storage in your safe deposit box.
• We will add or delete items at your request and mail you a new list.
• Your information is never stored on-line or on a hard drive.*+

Additional digital pictures to document other property as time allows.

Based on Clients request and requirement at $75/hour including travel time. 2 hour minimum.

• Creation of a detailed database with DVD video and unlimited number of digital pictures to document your property.
• Creation of a detailed video of the exterior and interior of the premises. Client may narrate this video if desired.
• Report creation type and detail available (based on damage)
• Video can include landscaping, outbuildings, fencing, etc.
• Documentation of items  will be based on actual needs and damage and will be quoted at the time of our visit                                      
• You will promptly receive a professional portfolio containing your video on DVD, your database and digital pictures will be recorded permanently on a (2 copies) CD, and a series of printed reports with all the data.

Hourly rates are also available

• We encourage you to revisit your inventory at least once a year to add or delete items.
  If you have substantial additions or have remodeled your home, a site visit may be required and will be billed at $50/hour.
  
• We will provide you with an updated CD and printout of your updated database when your annual update is completed.
