We send certified technicians, insured and bonded, to your home or business and create a record of your valuable items and supported documents. Once completed, the information remains private—for your eyes only-- eliminating the need for a third party and perpetual monthly fees. Moreover, you can add, delete, modify and/or revise your inventory information at any time.
Home and Away Residential Services also offers risk-reducing monitoring services. House sitting includes interior and exterior care without the commitment of a live-in occupant.
Home and Away Residential Services' Accurate, Dependable and Timely Inspection Services, Responses, and Reporting allow homeowners to rest assured, knowing their treasured possessions are protected. Our bonded, insured inspectors carefully examine your unoccupied residence regularly and deliver written and photographic reportage on the status of your home.
